What is Outlook email signature management?

eMailSignature™ software deploys Outlook email signatures to all users from a central management console. User specific contact details are automatically pulled from one or more data sources (default is Active Directory).

eMailSignature™ is as good as native in the sense that it deploys the Outlook email signatures into each user's Outlook in the same way as if users had created the signatures themselves.
